Access page to gain access to the numerous answers to questions
that will help you better understand your responsibilities as
a subagent and make your commission process and reconciliation
run smoother. Here are some questions that we are most commonly
asked.

LOG-IN THE DEALER ACCESS SITE!
- I am presently a Sub-Agent and how can I gain access to
the Dealer Access site?
Please fill out the Form
provided, and you will get a reply within 24 hours (a working
day). If you will need instant access, you can call 281.568.6108
during the hours of 9:00AM to 6:00PM Monday
to Friday.
- I think I have the correct Username & Password, but
I can't get in.
You can fill out the Form
with a description of your problem, and you will get a reply
with the correct information once we have verified your
e-mail address.
- Can I change the User ID and Password?
For security reasons, we do not recommend
that you change the User ID. But, if you need to reset your
Password, you can request a new password and we will set
it up for you.
- Do I have to entry all my Activations, Renewals, Prepaid
and Data Features into the database?
YES! Your commission will be based
on the entry that you put into the database. No data entry,
no commission.
- I have a discrepancy question.
